Temporary Change

As part of the Shopping Centre development works, we are upgrading the existing car park entry from McPhillips Road and constructing an additional entry adjacent to the Bannockburn Hotel. The works to the current entry will improve traffic access and flow, and provide a better experience.

To carry out the upgrade safely, our contractors will temporarily close the McPhillips Road entry for approximately four weeks from week commencing 10/08/26.

During this period, all car park access will be via a temporary entry on McPhillips Rd to the east, adjacent to the Bannockburn Hotel. This temporary entry will be signed and managed with appropriate traffic and safety controls.

Once the upgrade is complete, the McPhillips Road entry will reopen with improved entry and exit. Work will then commence on the permanent second entry adjacent to the Bannockburn Hotel and open up additional car parking.
